Shoals Primary Care was founded in April of 2010 by Dr. Faizullah Syed.
The Physicians at Shoals Primary Care are committed to caring for Dr. Syed’s patients during this difficult time. We will honor him and his legacy by treating his patients with the same care and compassion that he demonstrated daily.
His kindness, generosity, and high level of care to all people will live on through SPC. It would be his wish that the clinic he built would thrive and represent the person he was.
